Classic Tevo Tarantula – Aluminium Frame 3D Printer Kit 2 Rolls Filament As gift.

Tevo Tarantula -Ultra 3D printer features Automatic Platform Levelling along with Automatic Platform Height Detection. It is an Upgrade (Add-on) feature worth 50 USD and Large Print Area 60 USD & Dual Extruder 120USD.

The auto-leveling version uses a proximity sensor to detect the aluminum print bed where the normal version of the printer uses a micro-switch to detect the end of travel for the Z-Axis movement (vertical limits).

The Aluminum Print Bed plate is 200 X 200X 200mm – the travel for the build plate is limited by the physical dimensions of the frame itself and that is around 220 mm for the X-axis (side to side), 260-270mm for the Y-axis (front to back) and around 200mm for the Z-Axis (up and down). Model – Complete DIY Kit (Unassembled).

    Arrived with in 5 days after shipping in India. Paid INR 1966 for customes. I asked the store to declare a value of 49USD. The fedex KYC team from Delhi called for required documents. You just need to scan and send it to them. Not any special document required. You can peacefully place an order. Printer works great. If you are not getting the first layer correct, it’s most probably due to bed level. It’s very crucial so don’t hesitate to experiment. Over all very nice product by Tevo. Excellent experience

    принтер приехал! Дел линии медленные ! Качество отличное все в комплекте . флешка на 1ГБ к сожалению и в катушках с пластиком совсем не много пластика . Качество деталей по радовало пока не собрал времени нет но в коробке все осмотрел, в общем я доволен!

    Product: Packaging was really amazing. All the parts reached nicely. All are working fine. Shipping: Seller took 5 days to ship and FedEx took 3 days to deliver my product . Custom charges : FedEx will call you before the product reach from China to Delhi and will give you a KYC form and you have to fillup and send it with required identity. I asked the store to declare a value of $36.7 and they did so. I had to pay $28 as a Import Duties. And you have to pay the import duty at the time of delivery to your door step.( I would say import tax is completely depend on your luck) It seems assembling is going to be interesting.     Everything alright. The printer is fine but it needs some improvements – you can find them easily googling. The only cons is that the store send a package after about a week or so. In my opinion the processing time is a little to long… Also one acrilic part broke when the printer was assembled so watch out with them.
