Product arrived earlier than expected. The product container box came without seal and open, although nothing was missing from the purchased content. Gimbal works perfect with my old phone, Samsung Galaxy A8 2018. However, the same does not happen with my current phone, OnePlus 9 Pro, given its excess weight and dimensions, apparently; well, part of it unbalances the balance necessary for the gimbal to work well. So far everything works as it should, but we will see how Autonomy and stabilization works, by testing it somewhat more demanding.
