A bit of bubblewrap would have helped around the box to protect the device but it survived the shipping. While the description is accurate the device is pretty small when in hand and at first I thought it would be to small since I’m a pretty big man but it worked out. I tried out the three programs and different levels plus the heating and it works and feels good. I got neck pain often and hope to get some relief out of this device and if it helps I might buy a better one since this is a more basic version. Does what it’s supposed to so I’m happy
